Do I have to pay if I'm not happy with the result?
No. Every song gets a free 25-second preview after processing, and you choose which part to preview. Pay only if you're happy; if not, just close it — you won't spend a cent.
What formats do I get? How long are files kept?
Every track comes in both WAV and MP3. Files can be downloaded anytime within 72 hours, then they're deleted automatically — remember to save them.
What if processing fails?
If processing fails, your songs are returned or your payment is refunded to the original method automatically. If the final files differ clearly from the preview, contact support within 72 hours of completion to request a redo.
Do the free tools upload my files?
No. Video to audio, format conversion and audio cutting all run in your browser, and your files never pass through our servers. They only enter the upload flow if you choose "Make a backing track".
