南京众星汇文化传媒有限公司运营 TouchToken 网站与播放器。本规范规定云端音频分离、浏览器本地工具、桌面本地播放与伴唱、QQ 在线伴唱、保留和声、歌词检索与 PV、歌词导出及 OBS 歌词输出的使用边界。功能是否提供以正式发布版本说明为依据，本次条款更新不构成功能上线声明；新版桌面隐私控制尚未公开发布，具体区别见页首说明及隐私政策第 6 条。技术处理及付费不附带第三方内容的版权、商业使用许可或音乐平台授权。

TouchToken is operated by 南京众星汇文化传媒有限公司. This policy sets usage boundaries for cloud audio separation, browser tools, desktop playback and accompaniment, QQ Music accompaniment, harmony preservation, lyric lookup and visuals, lyric export and OBS lyric output. Availability is described in published release notes; this policy update does not launch these features. The new desktop privacy controls are not yet publicly released; see the notice above and Privacy Policy section 6. Processing or payment does not grant rights in third-party content or imply authorization from a music platform.

你应具有取得、上传、处理和后续使用素材的必要授权或法律允许的依据，并核查词曲、录音、表演、歌词和封面等相关权利。你自己的录音也可能包含他人作品；作品进入公有领域不代表某一录音版本也不受保护。购买会员、可正常播放、声明仅供娱乐或勾选协议，都不能替代必要授权。本规范不剥夺你对自有或已获必要授权内容的合法创作与使用权利。

You must have the permissions or other lawful basis needed to obtain, upload, process and use the material, including relevant composition, recording, performance, lyric and artwork rights. Your own recording may contain another person's work; a recording of a public-domain composition may still be protected. A subscription, playback access, an entertainment label or a consent checkbox does not replace necessary permission. This policy does not remove your lawful rights in content you own or are authorized to use.

本地伴唱、QQ 在线伴唱和保留和声仅供个人练唱及非商业娱乐，须在启用前主动确认专项协议。禁止贩卖这些功能的内录、付费分享分离音轨、收费代录、制作付费资源包或批量提取牟利；通过改格式、变调或混音不能规避限制。不得未经必要授权传播其输出。该个人娱乐限制仅适用于伴唱功能，不扩张到用户对自有或合法授权作品的其他合法处理。

Local accompaniment, QQ Music accompaniment and harmony preservation are limited to personal singing practice and non-commercial entertainment, with explicit agreement before activation. Do not sell recordings made from these features, share their stems for payment, provide paid recording services, sell resource bundles or extract in bulk for profit. Format changes, pitch changes and mixing do not avoid this restriction. Do not distribute output without necessary rights. This personal-use restriction applies to accompaniment features, not to other lawful processing of content you own or are authorized to use.

不得无权抓取、复制或提取流媒体内容，不得绕过付费、访问限制、DRM 或其他技术保护措施。在线伴唱处理客户端正常播放的声音，不能据此推断平台允许录制、分离或商业使用。网络歌词请求与格式处理的技术可行性也不构成授权。用户仍须遵守来源平台适用且合法的规则，不能利用本服务实施其无权实施的行为。

Do not obtain, copy or extract streaming content without the necessary rights, or bypass payment controls, access restrictions, DRM or other technical protection measures. Processing sound normally played by a client does not establish that the platform permits recording, separation or commercial use. Technical access to lyrics or their formats is not authorization. You must follow the source platform's applicable lawful rules and may not use this service to perform acts you are not entitled to perform.

歌词、翻译、封面及录音可能分别受保护。缓存、导出 LRC、展示 PV、将歌词接入 OBS、直播或录屏，不当然属于个人使用或获得授权。启用直播输出和导出时应确认具备相应用途的权利，且遵守使用平台的规则。不得将免费分享或注明来源当作必要许可的替代。

Lyrics, translations, artwork and recordings may have separate protection. Caching, LRC export, lyric visuals, OBS output, livestreaming and screen recording are not automatically personal use or authorized. Confirm the rights needed for the intended use before enabling output or export, and follow the receiving platform's rules. Free sharing and source attribution do not replace necessary permission.

不得利用本服务冒充他人、侵犯肖像、人格或隐私权益，生成或传播违法、侵权、仇恨、暴力、色情或欺诈内容，破坏系统安全、滥用接口，或实施其他违反适用法律的行为。不得上传你无权提供的个人信息，尤其是未经必要同意的儿童信息。

Do not use the service to impersonate others; violate likeness, personality or privacy rights; produce or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, violent, sexual or fraudulent content; compromise security; abuse interfaces; or otherwise breach applicable law. Do not submit personal information you are not entitled to provide, especially children's information without required consent.

权利人可通过官网售后提交真实身份与联系方式、作品及权属证明、涉嫌侵权的具体位置或订单线索、事实说明和处理诉求；不需要先成为付费用户。请通过客服私聊提供必要材料，不在公开群聊发布敏感资料。我们会核查并依法采取必要措施，必要时要求补充材料或告知相关用户；被投诉方可提交权利依据、反证或申诉。不得伪造权属、恶意投诉或滥用流程。

Rights holders may contact official support with their identity and contact details, the work and evidence of rights, the specific location or order information, an explanation and the requested action. A paid account is not required. Provide necessary evidence privately rather than posting sensitive material in a public group. We will review reports and take measures required by law, seeking further information or notifying the affected user where appropriate. Affected users may provide rights evidence, a response or an appeal. False ownership claims and abusive reports are prohibited.

我们可依据证据和风险采取必要、适度的限制、暂停或终止措施，并依法协助有关机关；除紧急安全或法律要求等情形外，将说明原因并提供申诉渠道。用户与运营方按各自行为、过错和法律规定承担责任，不将一切责任转由用户承担。本规范不减损消费者法定权利，也不当然没收合法余额。

We may take necessary and proportionate restrictions, suspension or termination based on evidence and risk, and assist authorities as required by law. Except where urgent safety or legal requirements prevent it, we will explain the reason and provide a review channel. Users and the operator bear responsibility according to their own conduct, fault and applicable law. This policy does not shift all liability to users, remove statutory consumer rights or automatically forfeit lawful balances.
